Pastor Joey & Julie McNally
Joey McNally has served on the pastoral team at Maranatha Baptist Church since 2007 and has been our Senior Pastor since 2016. He has a deep love for the gospel and a heart to see families grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Bible from Northland Baptist Bible College and a Master of Divinity from Detroit Baptist Theological Seminary, and he brings that careful study of Scripture into the pulpit every week.
Joey and his wife, Julie, have three children — Brooke, Blake, and Logan. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, riding bikes, pickleball, and spending time with his family.
At Maranatha, we believe in the gospel — that Jesus Christ came, suffered, and rose again so that all who repent and believe might be saved. That good news is the reason we gather, and it’s the message we’ll never stop proclaiming.
